Separate Professional Responsibilities

Each professional within our referral network is responsible for their own advice, recommendations, professional services, licensing obligations and regulatory compliance.

A referral or introduction by Liberty Solutions should not be interpreted as Liberty Solutions providing, adopting or guaranteeing the personal advice subsequently provided by that professional.

Before proceeding with any recommendation, clients should ensure they understand:

• who is providing the particular advice or service;
• the licence, registration or professional authority under which that person is acting;
• any fees, commissions or other costs that may apply;
• any relevant conflicts of interest or associations;

Referral Relationships and Remuneration

Liberty Solutions maintains commercial and professional relationships with members of its referral network.

In some circumstances, and where permitted by law, Liberty Solutions or another party may receive a referral fee, commission or other commercial benefit arising from an introduction or completed transaction.

Where a referral arrangement or other benefit is required to be disclosed, the relevant disclosure will be made in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Clients are free to engage their own financial adviser, mortgage broker, accountant, solicitor, real estate agent or other professional and are not required to use a professional referred by Liberty Solutions.
